Individual Counselling
I provide short or long term counselling & psychotherapy for adults over 18. My role is to help you identify and address the difficulties you may be experiencing. I work with you in achieving your aims and to resolve the areas that brought you to seek out counselling.
Addiction Counselling
I am experienced in addiction and have worked within this field since 2008 . Addiction is complex for many and can put a strain on their relationships. Addiction does not discriminate and can be shrouded in shame and feelings of isolation.
I also provide support for family members affected by a loved ones addiction.
I have training and experience in assessing whether an individual would benefit from additional support via detox or rehabilitation. Taking the first step in seeking support is where we would begin.
Assessment
I offer face to face appointments in Congleton and will be happy to have a brief chat over the phone or online to identify with you whether I can provide what you need. I work flexibly around peoples needs and work schedules and will tailor sessions with you as they occur.
Occasionally we may decide that another therapist may be better suited and I will offer to signpost you to the relevant services if so.
